Maggie's Story
Long before Maggie founded Euro American Home Care, she was a little girl in a small village in Poland, watching her mother care for people who had almost nothing.
Maggie’s mother raised her and her brother as a single mother, with the family farm as her source of income. It was hard work that meant early mornings and long days, but despite the demands of caring for her family and running the farm, she always found time to care for others.
One of those people was an elderly neighbor named Paul, whose daughter, Joanna, was seriously ill. Maggie’s mother made caring for them a priority, bringing them hot meals, fresh bread, cakes, jam, and whatever else she could spare from the farm.

A Clear, Guided Process from Initial Call to Caregiver Match
Reach out by phone or by filling out our online form, and THREE things come back to you. A FREE foundational Plan of Care tailored to you and your loved one, along with potential caregiver(s) profile(s) near you, and a list of questions to ask home care agencies.
Our goal is to create the most effective Plan of Care for your loved one. One of our Client Managers will reach out to schedule an in-home visit. This allows us to get to know you and your loved one personally, understand their needs, and assess the home for safety. We'll note any existing adaptive equipment and flag any adjustments that could better support their independence at home.
Based on everything we have learned about your loved one, we will send you a couple of pre-selected caregiver profiles that we believe are a good match for your loved one's needs, preferences, hobbies, personality, etc. Once you have chosen a caregiver you feel good about, you have the option to meet them before services begin.
On the first day of services, our Field Supervisor will be on-site to ensure the Plan of Care is fully understood and followed. Clients are encouraged to ask questions, and we will be there to ease the transition every step of the way. From there, our Field Supervisor will continue with monthly in-home visits to ensure quality care is maintained.
