To the Staff at Euro-American Homecare,
In the spring of 2023 our sister was struck with Neuro Optica Spectrum Disorder. Despite attempts at rehabilitation, this disease left her paralyzed. It was suggested we place her in a nursing home. That wasn’t going to work for us. Thus, began our journey, as a family, to bring her home. It was quite a challenge to take on. Unfortunately, we had a struggle trying to find the right agency, the right fit. We were with an agency but needed a change.
On my way home from work, I stopped in unannounced at Euro-American Homecare. The person I spoke with was very compassionate, took the time to listen to my story, to understand my sisters needs and the dynamic in the home. The Euro-American team then took the time to consider what was needed. Within days Caregiver Profiles were sent out for our review so we could find a match. We currently have a very great caregiver, she’s been with us for over a year, fits well with the dynamic of the house. Despite the challenge, there is kindness, compassion, cooperation and sometimes quite a bit of laughter. This has made the challenge our family took on to care for our sister so much easier. When the caregiver has needs to take care of, we have had good success with those who are chosen to fill in, again Caregiver Profiles are sent. I could go on and on.
I would like, to not only thank the Euro-America Staff, but highly recommend them if you are seeking homecare for your loved one. An open door to communication with the family and the individual is what makes it all come together with this agency.

Dear Maggie,
I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful care and support you and your team provided for my late Mom, Janice. You and your team truly made a meaningful difference. My family and I are grateful for the patience, kindness, compassion and professionalism shown by everyone. Without the professional care provided by your agency, keeping Mom at home would have been impossible. The caregivers attended to my Mother’s physical needs with skill and patience but more important they also provided genuine friendship.
Thank-You to Beata and Ana for your patience and making sure we are ALWAYS covered. Special Thanks to Joanna, Anna, Donna, Valentyna, Sylvia, Justyna, Zorina and everyone else who cared for my Mom over the past few years. I know that all of you were truly invested in Mom’s welfare and cared for her as you would your own family.

Getting Started Is Simple
A Clear, Guided Process from Initial Call to Caregiver Match
Reach out by phone or by filling out our online form, and THREE things come back to you. A FREE foundational Plan of Care tailored to you and your loved one, along with potential caregiver(s) profile(s) near you, and a list of questions to ask home care agencies.
Our goal is to create the most effective Plan of Care for your loved one. One of our Client Managers will reach out to schedule an in-home visit. This allows us to get to know you and your loved one personally, understand their needs, and assess the home for safety. We'll note any existing adaptive equipment and flag any adjustments that could better support their independence at home.
Based on everything we have learned about your loved one, we will send you a couple of pre-selected caregiver profiles that we believe are a good match for your loved one's needs, preferences, hobbies, personality, etc. Once you have chosen a caregiver you feel good about, you have the option to meet them before services begin.
On the first day of services, our Field Supervisor will be on-site to ensure the Plan of Care is fully understood and followed. Clients are encouraged to ask questions, and we will be there to ease the transition every step of the way. From there, our Field Supervisor will continue with monthly in-home visits to ensure quality care is maintained.
