Our 6-Step Matching Process
From your first call to ongoing support, we follow a clear process designed to match every client with the right caregiver — and to keep that match working over time.
Step 01
Reviewing the Client's Plan of Care
We start with a detailed Plan of Care of the client's needs, preferences, hobbies, interests, and medical conditions.
Step 02
Caregiver-Client Compatibility
Our client managers then cross-compare the client's Plan of Care with our caregivers' employment files — experience, skills, trainings, preferences, hobbies, interests, and more.
Step 03
Checking Caregiver Availability
The scheduler calls the caregiver to check their availability.
Step 04
Sending Caregiver Profiles to Client
The client manager sends the pre-selected caregiver profiles to the client for their review.
Step 05
Profile Discussion with the Client
The client manager touches base with the client about the caregiver profiles and answers any questions they may have.
Step 06
Start of Services with Supervision
Once the caregiver is selected and services begin, our field supervisor is present on the first day to ensure a smooth start and answer any questions.

Employment Eligibility Verification
Must have a passport, green card, or work authorization.
Comprehensive Background Check
We do more than what is legally required (5) — we check 9 different databases.
Reference Verification
Minimum 3 professional references.
Cultural & Language
Verifies language fluency.
Certification Verification
Confirms any certificates they may hold.
Training Program Completion
Once hired, they complete 4 standard trainings plus client-condition-specific training through a third-party source.
Probationary Placement
First 90 days monitored closely.
From Your Call to Their Care: How Matching Works
The matching process found that this client used to be a musician — and Frank knows music. The family valued Italian heritage — and Frank cooks Italian. The client needed someone who would treat him as a man with history, not a senior with limitations.
