We Walk for Ellen
Ellen was the kind of woman whose love came naturally. A devoted mother, she became a nurse at 50 because caring for others was simply who she was. Her home overflowed with people, laughter, and warmth. Her mantle was always filled with cards from those whose lives she's touched. Then her memory began to fade...
Ellen's daughter, Gail, was the first to notice. A forgotten route. Lost notes. Hidden money. Small signs that her hero was slipping away. As the disease progressed, something harder happened. The cards stopped coming. The visitors faded. Not from cruelty, but because people didn't know how to help. Gail felt the weight of it all: "The hardest part was acceptance. I went through all the stages of grief while she was still here. I felt shame. I felt embarrassed. But I want others to know you can't do it alone. No matter how hard it is to ask for help, it's worth it." One thing stayed with Ellen: music. When she sang, her eyes would light up. It was a moment when Gail could see her mother again.
This disease doesn't just steal memories. It unravels the person you knew and breaks the hearts of those who love them. In a world that chases success and comfort, we often abandon those struggling through the hardest moments. When the cards stopped showing up, the need for connection did not. Free Art Classes for Seniors
For years, our team has hosted complimentary art classes, starting locally and expanding across Connecticut. We bring all the supplies, provide baked goods, and create a warm, engaging atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. There is no sales pitch and no cost, just a genuine commitment to our values and a dedication to bringing purpose, meaning, and joy not only to your loved ones but to our community as a whole.

We arranged and paid for a full spa experience for one of our clients. No other home care agency in Connecticut has ever done this for their clients.
This past spring, we arranged something a little different for our clients. A full spa day, manicures, facials, shampoos and styles, and lunch, at E.C. Goodwin Technical High School in New Britain, CT.
That is what we mean when we say we bring purpose, meaning, and joy. Not just assistance with daily tasks. A life worth living, one beautiful day at a time.

A Clear, Guided Process from Initial Call to Caregiver Match
Reach out by phone or by filling out our online form, and THREE things come back to you. A FREE foundational Plan of Care tailored to you and your loved one, along with potential caregiver(s) profile(s) near you, and a list of questions to ask home care agencies.
Our goal is to create the most effective Plan of Care for your loved one. One of our Client Managers will reach out to schedule an in-home visit. This allows us to get to know you and your loved one personally, understand their needs, and assess the home for safety. We'll note any existing adaptive equipment and flag any adjustments that could better support their independence at home.
Based on everything we have learned about your loved one, we will send you a couple of pre-selected caregiver profiles that we believe are a good match for your loved one's needs, preferences, hobbies, personality, etc. Once you have chosen a caregiver you feel good about, you have the option to meet them before services begin.
On the first day of services, our Field Supervisor will be on-site to ensure the Plan of Care is fully understood and followed. Clients are encouraged to ask questions, and we will be there to ease the transition every step of the way. From there, our Field Supervisor will continue with monthly in-home visits to ensure quality care is maintained.
