On the first day of services, our Field Supervisor will be on-site to ensure the Plan of Care is fully understood and followed. Clients are encouraged to ask questions, and we will be there to ease the transition every step of the way. From there, our Field Supervisor will continue with monthly in-home visits to ensure quality care is maintained.
Yes — the caregiver is. Caregivers live in lower Fairfield County and travel to the home, and that is the part of the arrangement that has to be local.
