Our goal is to create the most effective Plan of Care for your loved one. One of our Client Managers will reach out to schedule an in-home visit. This allows us to get to know you and your loved one personally, understand their needs, and assess the home for safety. We'll note any existing adaptive equipment and flag any adjustments that could better support their independence at home.
Based on everything we have learned about your loved one, we will send you a couple of pre-selected caregiver profiles that we believe are a good match for your loved one's needs, preferences, hobbies, personality, etc. Once you have chosen a caregiver you feel good about, you have the option to meet them before services begin.
On the first day of services, our Field Supervisor will be on-site to ensure the Plan of Care is fully understood and followed. Clients are encouraged to ask questions, and we will be there to ease the transition every step of the way. From there, our Field Supervisor will continue with monthly in-home visits to ensure quality care is maintained.

No. Companionship and respite are about the person, not the building — there is no equipment to carry in and no room to set aside. Tell us about the stairs, the parking and how the door works while we are writing the plan of care, and they get planned for instead of discovered on the first morning.
Yes. Local outings and everyday errands are part of companionship care, and so is going along to a senior-center program or a family gathering. If getting there needs a car, raise it early: transportation is one of the things the plan of care settles, not something to work out on the doorstep.
