Privacy Policy
Effective October 9, 2026
Euro-American Homecare ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through homecare4u.com, why we collect it, and how we protect it. By using this website, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect the information you choose to give us through the forms on this site:
- Contact form: your name, phone number, and message.
- Free Plan of Care request: your name, phone number, email address, and relationship to the person who needs care; their name, age, and town; and the details a plan of care is built on — their health conditions, memory, mobility, and medications, the help they need day to day, their home, and the kind of caregiver and schedule you are looking for.
- Caregiver job application: your name, contact details, town, and ZIP code, and what you tell us about your experience, availability, languages, credentials, work history, and references.
- Free art class sign-up: your contact details, the name and town of the person attending, and the class you are reserving a seat in.
The Plan of Care request and the job application save your answers as you go: once you have given your contact details, what you enter after that reaches us even if you stop before the end. A draft is also kept in your browser, on your own device, so you can pick up where you left off.
A form also arrives with some technical details: your IP address; your browser, device, language, and time zone; your screen size; the page you sent it from; and how you found us — the website you came from, the page your visit started on, and any campaign tags in the link you followed, for example from one of our ads. It also carries the visitor IDs that Google Analytics and Meta keep in your browser, and a few timings our spam filter uses, such as how long the form took to fill in.
Like most websites, our server keeps a standard log of the pages it is asked for, with the IP address and browser that asked, to keep the site secure and working.
We do not require an account to use this site, and we do not collect payment information here — nothing on this website processes a payment.
How We Use It
We use the information you give us to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up by phone or email
- Prepare a personalized plan of care, if you've requested one
- Consider your application, if you've applied to work with us
- Reserve a seat at a free art class, if you've asked for one
- Maintain records of our communication with you
- Improve our website and services based on the questions families ask us most
We use the technical details that come with a form, and what our analytics tools report (see Cookies & Tracking below), to keep spam out of our forms, to find and fix problems with the site, and to see which of our advertising actually brings families to us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not give what you write in a form — your name, your contact details, or anything about your family's health and care — to advertising or analytics companies.
How We Share It
We don't sell or rent your information to third parties. We may share it with:
- Staff and caregivers at Euro-American Homecare who need it to respond to your inquiry or coordinate care
- The senior center hosting a free art class, when you sign someone up, so they can be registered for the class
- Service providers who help us operate — for example, the company that builds and runs this website for us, which receives a copy of each request, and the email and messaging services that carry it — bound to use it only to provide that service to us
- Authorities, if required by law, or to protect the safety of a client, caregiver, or the public
Google, Meta, and Yandex receive information about your visits to this site through the tools described under Cookies & Tracking — not what you write in our forms.
Cookies & Tracking
This site uses cookies and similar browser storage in two ways.
Our own. The site remembers a few things in your browser: the text size you chose, a draft of a longer form you have not finished, and how you first arrived — the website you came from and any campaign tags in the link. They stay on your device; how you arrived travels to us only with a form you send.
Analytics and advertising. Through Google Tag Manager, every page also loads three services run by other companies:
- Google Analytics (Google) shows us how many people visit, which pages they read, how they found us, and when someone sends a form or taps a phone number.
- Meta Pixel (Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) tells Meta which of our pages were visited, so we can measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may also use it to decide which ads, including ours, to show you there.
- Yandex Metrica (Yandex) shows us how visitors use our pages, including where on a page they click and when someone sends a form, so we can make the site easier to use.
These services set their own cookies and receive information about your visit: the pages you view, what you click, the website you came from, your browser and device, and your approximate location based on your IP address. They do not receive what you type into our forms. Each one handles this information under its own privacy policy: Google, Meta, Yandex.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, and this site will still work. Google offers a browser add-on that turns Google Analytics off, and your Facebook and Instagram settings let you limit how Meta uses your activity on other websites.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us, including restricting who can access it and using secure connections (HTTPS) for data sent through this site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We keep the information from a form submission for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, as part of our client records. If you'd like us to delete information you've sent us and you have not become a client, you can ask — see "Your Rights" below.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for adults seeking home care information for themselves or a loved one. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
