Caregivers Share a Moment
Each month, our caregivers submit a photo of a meaningful activity they did with their client — something that brought back a part of who that person truly was.
Every month, our caregivers share real moments of purpose, meaning, and joy they brought back to their clients' lives. These are your neighbors who entrusted us with their care and received support guided by our values.
“Bringing Purpose, Meaning and Joy is not a promise. It's a practice.”— Maggie Drag, Founder
A monthly contest that keeps our caregivers inspired and our clients thriving.
Each month, our caregivers submit a photo of a meaningful activity they did with their client — something that brought back a part of who that person truly was.
Our community of clients and caregivers votes on Facebook. First, second, and third place winners are chosen.
The three winners receive a bonus. Clients experience a laugh, a memory, or a moment of joy they didn't know was still possible. That is the real prize.
The moments our families voted for this month — and the caregivers behind them.

Activity: Baking a homemade pie
A wonderful afternoon of homemade baking filled the kitchen with the aroma of a golden-brown blueberry pie, as the client took the lead crimping the pastry dough's edges with a fork while seated at her table. This engaging activity offered fine-motor practice and a sense of independence, turning a simple recipe into a heartwarming moment of tradition and accomplishment.
“She is smart, attentive, and quick to perceive any issues that may arise. She could easily be a model for other aides.”

Activity: Planting flowers
A peaceful morning of gardening on the deck brought purpose and connection to nature, as the client, seated comfortably, trimmed leaves and tended to vibrant yellow mums and herbs, placing clippings into a nearby bucket. Supported by Lidia, this quiet, therapeutic activity offered light movement and fine-motor engagement, turning an ordinary morning into one filled with independence, focus, and joy.

A lively card game brought smiles, focus, and fun to the table, as the client proudly showed off her hand while enjoying the strategy and flow of the game with Yvonne. Offering a great way to sharpen memory and spark social connection, this engaging activity turned a quiet afternoon into a heartwarming moment of laughter and mental stimulation.
“Her presence was warm and comforting to all. She is compassionate, kind, intelligent, devoted, responsible and utterly reliable.”
Six years of moments. Here are the most recent ones.

When a family looks for home care, they are not only looking for someone to complete a list of tasks. They are looking for someone who can see who their loved one once was — and who they still are.
Our clients were homemakers. Gardeners. Cooks. Musicians. Dancers. Teachers. Storytellers. Age and illness may have made those things harder. But they have not erased who they once were.
Our mission is for our clients to feel that they still matter by experiencing a laugh, a memory, a moment of joy they didn't know was still possible.
Reach out by phone or by filling out our online form, and THREE things come back to you. A FREE foundational Plan of Care tailored to you and your loved one, along with potential caregiver(s) profile(s) near you, and a list of questions to ask home care agencies.
Our goal is to create the most effective Plan of Care for your loved one. One of our Client Managers will reach out to schedule an in-home visit. This allows us to get to know you and your loved one personally, understand their needs, and assess the home for safety. We'll note any existing adaptive equipment and flag any adjustments that could better support their independence at home.
Based on everything we have learned about your loved one, we will send you a couple of pre-selected caregiver profiles that we believe are a good match for your loved one's needs, preferences, hobbies, personality, etc. Once you have chosen a caregiver you feel good about, you have the option to meet them before services begin.
On the first day of services, our Field Supervisor will be on-site to ensure the Plan of Care is fully understood and followed. Clients are encouraged to ask questions, and we will be there to ease the transition every step of the way. From there, our Field Supervisor will continue with monthly in-home visits to ensure quality care is maintained.

A Plan of Care tells you exactly what level of support your loved one needs without committing to anything. We put it together because every family making this decision deserves clarity before they commit.
